Since 1944, Potter Heating and Air Conditioning & Perrone Plumbing in Syracuse, NY have kept their neighbors’ heating, cooling, and plumbing systems running at peak performance. Potter Heating & Air Conditioning founded
Founded by Homer Potter in 1944, Potter Heating & Air Conditioning began as a one-person operation based out of Fayetteville.
Perrone Plumbing founded
Founded by John Perrone in 1954, Perrone Plumbing Services began in the City of Syracuse.
The companies join hands
In 1981, Homer sold the business to M. Suzanne and David Kondra. In 1986, John sold Perrone Plumbing to the Kondras as well.
Suzanne Kondra-DeFuria, sole owner
In 2012, David retired from both businesses, and Suzanne Kondra-DeFuria assumed full ownership of the companies.

“Had the pleasure of using this company when our furnace kept dying out. The supervisor even came out on a Saturday away from his family obligations to help assist and we were without heat in the middle of the winter. Then fast forward and our water heater wasn’t doing much. Again same supervisor came out and assessed the situation. Told us everything we needed to know. Sat there and explained things, broke it all down so we could understand. Even showed us a few tricks to get things moving along in the future. Service was fast, reliable , and very affordable ! Would 100 out of 10 recommend this company!!”
